Historical Brief

The Faculty of Nursing is one of the faculties of Minia University and is located on campus. The Faculty of Nursing at Minia University was first established by Presidential Decree No. (184) of 1995 in the name of the Higher Institute of Nursing of the Faculty of Medicine. Then issued the Republican Decree No. (200) for the year (2000) transfer to the Faculty of Nursing. The study began in the academic year 97/98 and now has about 1000 students. Decree No. (211) for the year 1997 was issued. The Ministerial Decree No. 1053 of 5/6/2008 promulgated the internal regulations of the faculty of nursing at the University of Minia.) On 11/2/2014 to update the internal regulations of the Faculty of Nursing Minia University (at the undergraduate level). In the postgraduate stage, the Ministerial Decision No. (2006) was issued on 1/8/2013 concerning issuing the internal regulations of the Faculty of Nursing, Minia University, (The credit hours system).
