Students admitted to university faculties shall be accepted through the nominations of the General Administration for the expatriates in Cairo. The academic fees imposed on foreign students as stipulated in Article (27) of the executive regulations of the law of organizing universities are as follows:
Paying fees £ 1000 for the first time in the faculties of Arts, Law, Commerce, Economics, Political Science, Dar Al- Uloom, Arab Studies for the literary sections and £ 1500 in other faculties and institutes.
And academic expenses of £ 1000 in faculties of the first category and £ 1500 in other faculties and institutes.
International Postgraduate Students
Registration for International Students
First: - For a PhD degree
The student must have a Master's degree in the same specialization from any Egyptian or foreign university, provided that Master degree is equalized by the Supreme Council of Universities in the case of obtaining a Master's degree from other than Egyptian universities.
Second: For the Master's degree
The student must have a Bachelor's degree in the same specialization required for registration from one of the Egyptian or Arab universities in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Council.
The first degree awarded by the Arab countries is equivalent to the first degree awarded by the Egyptian faculties in the same field of specialization
Third: - Required Documents for Registration for Expatriates
- To complete a special form for the international students from the registration department at the faculty
- Apply for the registration with the consent of the embassy
- Apply for the study at his own expense or at the expense of his government
- Obtain Master's equivalency by the Supreme Council of Universities in the case of registration for the degree of doctorate
-Obtain a certified copy of the passport
Academic Fees for International Students
Practical Faculties:
PhD stage
- Registration fee (£ 1700) payable once during registration
- Expenses (2500 GBP) payable annually
In addition to the annual expenses in the Egyptian pound as follows:
For the faculties of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy (1300 Egyptian pounds) annually.
For the faculties of Engineering, Science, Tourism, Hotels, Agriculture, Fine Arts, Physical Education, Nursing, Computer, Information and Specific Education (EGP 900).
Master's Degree:
The registration fee (£ 1700) is payable during the registration period
Expenses (£ 1500) payable annually
In addition to the annual expenses in Egyptian pounds as follows;
For the faculties of medicine, dentistry and pharmacy (1200 Egyptian pounds) annually
For the faculties of Engineering, Science, Tourism, Hotels, Agriculture, Fine Arts, Physical Education, Nursing, Computer, Information and Specific Education (EGP 800).
Theoretical Faculties: Education - Arts - Dar Al- Uloom - Al Alsun
PhD stage
The registration fee (£ 1200) is paid once during the enrollment
Expenses (£ 2,000) paid annually
For the Egyptian expenses (700 Egyptian pounds) paid annually for the above-mentioned faculties
Master's Degree:
The registration fee (£ 1200) is paid once during the enrollment
Expenses (£ 1500) paid annually
In addition to the Egyptian expenses estimated with (600 Egyptian pounds) paid annually for the theoretical faculties mentioned above
