About Faculty

The Faculty of Nursing is one of the faculties of Minia University, which is located on campus. The Faculty of Nursing was established for the first time at Minia University by Republican Decree No. (184) of 1995, entitled the Higher Institute of Nursing of the Faculty of Medicine. Then the Republican Decree No. (200) for the year (2000) was issued to transfer it to the Faculty of Nursing. The academic study began at the year 97/98 and now has about 1000 students.

Resolution No. (211) for the year 1997 was issued to apply the internal regulation of the Faculty of Nursing at Alex on the higher institute of the Faculty of Nursing in Minia. Accordingly, the internal regulation of the Faculty of Nursing at Minia University was issued by the Ministerial Decree No. 1053 on 5/6/2008.

In the undergraduate stage, Ministerial Decree No. 420 was issued on 11 February 2014 to update the internal regulation of the Faculty of Nursing, Minia University. In the postgraduate stage, the internal regulation of the Faculty of Nursing was issued by the Ministerial Decision No. (2006) on 1/8/2013, (The Credit Hours System).
